Chris Bozarth brings a strong background in leadership, systems thinking, and practical technology use to his consulting work. His career includes more than two decades of experience supporting organizations as they work through change, improve systems, and build confidence across teams.
Earlier in his career, Chris spent six years in retail management, where he developed skills in operations, customer service, and people management. He later moved into leadership roles within large and complex organizations, working at many levels. This included hands on leadership, program coordination, and work at the district level. These experiences shaped how he supports teams facing evolving expectations and growing demands.
For more than three years, Chris has focused on the practical use of artificial intelligence tools. He has facilitated hands on workshops and guided learning sessions for professionals in leadership, management, and operational roles. His work centers on helping people understand when and how these tools can support their work in meaningful ways.
More recently, Chris has begun adapting this work to support business and organizational professionals beyond the public sector. He helps teams explore artificial intelligence in ways that align with their goals, values, and existing processes. His approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and focused on building confidence rather than promoting quick fixes or one size fits all solutions.
