The best professional learning doesn't happen because of a great PowerPoint. It happens when educators feel respected, challenged, and supported. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of serving as a teacher, coach, administrator, district leader, and educational consultant. Those experiences have taught me that every school community is different. Every district has unique strengths, challenges, and goals.
That's why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all professional development. I believe in listening first. Understanding the people in the room, and building relationships. Then designing learning experiences that are practical, engaging, and immediately useful.
That philosophy continues to guide every workshop, coaching session, and consulting partnership I lead today.
Over more than two decades in education, I've had the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles, including:
Substitute Teacher
Classroom Teacher
Elementary Leadership
Middle School Leadership
High School Leadership
District Leadership
Educational Consultant
Today, I work alongside educators across multiple states, facilitating professional learning, leadership development, instructional coaching, AI implementation, and strategic planning.
